Vaccination should be considered if travelling to Africa, Asia, Middle East, or especially areas with primitive sanitation. Vaccine normally requires 2 doses, 1mth apart. Gives good protection, but not 100%, so take care over food & drink, since disease is contracted from contaminated food or water. Some countries insist upon vaccination certificate, depending on previous countries visited.
